Ecology of a human, ecology of consciousness, ecology of the planet



Interest sphere of the Eco-center “MiRAyA” is a human and his relations with himself, people and the world of Nature.



Under conditions of the world ecologic crisis the global aim of the eco-center “MiRAyA” consists in upbringing of people generation who realize their unity and connection with the world of nature and people, who are capable of keeping health in modern unfavorable ecologic conditions, of increasing protective abilities of the organism and adapting actively in accordance with changeable natural and social environment. Speaking about health here we mean not only a healthy body; we are speaking about health in the large sense of the word: physical, psychic, mental and spiritual health.





Tasks:


Development of modern technologies helping a person to adapt to changeable ecologic conditions on the planet by means of internal possibilities and concealed reserves discovering. These technologies are based on traditional health-improving systems created in ancient cultures (India, Tibet, China, Ancient Russia), but they are analyzed and adapted to modern native conditions;

Development of programs for alternative medicine, treatment and preventive measures for a wide range of diseases (diseases of joints, spinal cord, gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, psychosomatic and caused by stress diseases) on the basis of traditional health-improving systems;

Teaching simple and effective methods of physical and psychic health restoration and maintenance without using of medicines;


Teaching methods for restoration of human psycho energy structure, for self-improvement and self-development, harmonization of person’s relations with her/himself, with people and the world of Nature.


Interest increase and popularization of knowledge about traditional health-improving and developing systems.



In order to achieve its goals the eco-center “MiRAyA” applies traditional health-improving systems – yoga, Chi Kung, Ayurveda, traditional medicine (Chinese, Tibetan, ancient Russian), shamanism and others which are based on harmony of internal world, worlds of Nature and people. These are methods of treatment and precautions proved by thousands years for different diseases, for restoration of human energy structure, self-knowledge and self-improvement, harmonization of relations between a person and internal and external reality. They help a person to restore lost unity and connection with Nature.

Exactly realization of oneself as an integral part of natural and social environment, attitude to the world as to the sacred space will permit a human to keep the living world of the Earth planet.



This idea is put into the name of the project “MiRAyA”: “Aya” – means “sacred”, “Mir” – “world”. So, “MiRAyA” is a “sacred world”.

Modern human lost initial harmony and stopped realizing connection with nature breaking the Universal laws, destroying the world an integral part of which he is, increasing technologies and armament without restraint, aggressively developing the spaces of animate nature, thoughtlessly consuming natural resources. Through his activity a human has led to the crisis state not only the planet but also himself. The number of healthy, harmonious people without physical and psychic disorders, psychological complexes, phobias, mental problems is decreasing more and more.

There are two ways out of this crisis state in ecology. The first consists in applying of clean technology in manufacture, switching into alternative energy sources and so on. The second approach which is being developed by the eco-center “MiRAyA” is the planets ecology by means of people’s changing, substitution of the ordinary consciousness by ecologic one.

A person having developed ecologic consciousness is a person realizing oneself in an indissoluble unity with Nature. Such a person realizes that Nature is a Human and a Human is Nature. He experiences his unity with the world not only by his mind and intellect, he experiences this with all his structures creating light spiritual energies inside himself and spreading them outwardly. This person will never destroy thoughtlessly the world of animate nature, bring harm to the planet and consequently to himself. He has integral view of life, Nature and Cosmos which is followed by harmonious being with himself, other people and Nature.
